Called to check see if the engine for my car was in stock here in oklahoma. Website listed it for $950, the rep said it was 1000+ not including core charge and whatsoever. I even gave him the parts number and he says he doesnt see it on his screen... ill bring my $950 to another company before i get screwed over by these guys... Add comment

truck yard in charlotte taken over by fetters family, theyve already been fired by two other truck based companies for stealing. who could imagine charlotte lkq getting ripped off by these three. instead of polygraphs theyre put in charge. business is off by 75%. customers walking away in droves. prices went up to cover the theiving. The person at the from in LKQ yunk yard said to us with an attitude that we could purchased an extra.six month warranty and then came back and said we only had 60 day very rude. My father who is almost 70 years old every time he CAme here the guy treated him really bad and nasty. He shouldn't be working here if he doesn't know how to treat customers. I called twice to get prices on a set of wheels first I had to listen to all the advertising BS and then both times someone picked up the phone and then hung it up. I have purchased parts from them before but there are parts have gotten very high in price and when they have a sale going on it's an hour wait to get through the checkout line Add comment

Received a remanufactured engine, it failed, they are putting dealership through a bunch of tests because they dont want to honor their warranty, told dealership to put 6 quartz oil and run engine, have made multiple calls to LKQ, They continue to tell me Ford Dealership will not update their warranty person, Funny thing is Ford Service manager updates me daily. My company has spent 1.7 million dollars with LkQ. The manager at the Savannah location (Mark Howard) has let a $700 dispute cause me to not be allowed to do business with them anymore. Not only has he deleted our account and records (we have every invoice) he has told me that they will not warranty any engines or transmission that were previously purchased. Lkq/keystone in West Monroe/ Monroe Louisiana is a joke. The site manager was a joke more concern about chasing women in his office than running the business. Managers over him are just as bad Add comment
